Here are some foods to boost libido and sexual health

Describing the reasons behind lower sex drive, Juhi Pandey, fertility consultant at Dost Fertility said, ”For a person who is already struggling with fatigue and is unable to return to their daily routine, it is very natural not to have sexual desire. Additionally, social distancing, quarantine, anxiety, depression, and isolation have also been detrimental to mental and emotional health. Therefore, it has an effect on sexual drive.”

While many are running behind supplements to assist their sexual health, Dr.Radhamony suggests having food that improves Agni” so that your body can absorb all the nutrients from the actual food”.

Here are a few foods you can eat to enhance libido and sexual health, according to the ayurvedic expert.
