Layyah police pursuing gang accused of raping, bestiality

Layyah police are chasing down a gang allegedly involved in the rape of a woman, bestiality and upload the videos on adult websites.

The incident was revealed after a first information report (FIR) was lodged at the Layyah City police station against the 16 suspects on the complaint of the victim’s father.

Among those named in the matter were Waseem, Abrar, Saleem, Rana Naveed, Shaukat, Jaffer, and Nadia.

The victim, in a video statement – of which content was also contained in the FIR said she had received a call that told her that a case she was challenging in court had been resolved for a hearing.

However, when she arrived at court, she learned that the call she received was false.

“When I was coming back home, Waseem Alvi and Ibrar Babar with another man, whom I don’t recognize, kidnapped me and took me to Chowk Azam,” she told.

She said her kidnappers kept her locked up for five days, where they raped her in turns.

The victim said that her kidnappers forced her to commit unnatural canine acts.

Later, they also impelled her to pay Rs50,000 to them and threatened to make her viral videos if she told anybody, the FIR read.

An FIR case was lodged under Section 292 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). The clause is about disseminating obscene material.

Other sections included in the FIR were 375-A and 376 of PPC (rape) and Section 365 for abduction.
