Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has pledged to bring PTI Chairman Imran Khan to law for his “anti-state” speech at a public rally in Abbottabad on Sunday.
On Sunday, the Prime Minister called the Imran speech an “anti-Pakistan plot”.
Referring to Imran Khan’s address at a rally in Abbottabad, the Prime Minister said that the Pakistani government, the Constitution, and the national institutions have been challenged today, therefore, legal action will be launched against the chairman of PTI.
In his statement, the Prime Minister added that Imran Khan does not conspire in politics, but rather conspires against Pakistan.
“Pakistan cannot be sacrificed based on an individual’s ego, arrogance, and falsehoods. Firstly, Imran Niazi conspired to drown out the Pakistani economy and now he is trying to start a civil war,’ said the statement. “The government will squash Imran Niazi’s conspiracy to wage a civil war in the country”
The Prime Minister added that “Imran Niazi is today’s Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq who wanted Pakistan to be treated the same way as Libya and Iraq.”
He added that Imran “bit the same hand that fed him”.
The 220 million Pakistanis, the Constitution, and national institutions are not held in bondage to a person’s ego. Imran Niazi wants to reduce the masses to slavery, but we will not allow him to become the Hitler of Pakistan,” the statement said.
“Imran Niazi lied many times, but now he has to face the truth.”
