PTI MNA Attaullah Niazi on Monday threatened the government that he “would bring about a suicide attack” in case something happens to PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
In a video statement, Attaullah stated that if the country’s leaders tried to harm Khan, he would not spare them or their children.
“There are thousands of other suicide bombers, like me, willing to blow themselves up [if something happens to Khan],” he said.
PTI cautions of ‘strong backlash’ if Imran Khan is detained Following the warning of Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah that the chairman of the PTI will be arrested when his bail expires.
PTI vice-president Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that if Khan was arrested, it would cause a “strong backlash” on the part of the party’s workers.
The PTI will respond vigorously if Imran Khan is detained.
And if PTI workers receive news of Khan’s arrest, they should come with a prompt response,” said Qureshi.
