Wounded Pervaiz Elahi curses PML-N leaders

The leader of the PML-Q and speaker of the Punjab Assembly, Pervaiz Elahi, who was injured in a fight between the Treasury and opposition benches on Saturday, has cursed his adversaries saying that he would never forgive them until the “Day of Judgment”. “I appeal for justice of Almighty Allah… and make an example out of them,” Elahi can be heard in a video that turned viral on social media.

Referring to the PML-N leaders, the Speaker of the Provincial Assembly said he would not forgive them for “torturing t and breaking his hands”. The leader of PML-Q accused PML-N MPA Rana Mashood of assaulting him in the assembly and threatening him with death. “In their difficult times, I helped them and I issued their production orders, but they [PML-N leaders] did this to me,” he deplored. Interestingly enough, former Punjab CM Usman Buzdar in interaction with Elahi expressed his ignorance about the incident, saying, “we didn’t know what happened”.
