58,000 teachers regularized in KP

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has made a decision to regularize thousands of teachers. The KP government will also regulate thousands of former FATA workers and hundreds of doctors.

The KP government has allocated 2.4 billion rupees for scholarships for talented girls while Rs. 900 million have gone into scholarships for male students.

The province has also allocated 500 million rupees for scholarships for students in classes 1 to 8.

In addition, the provincial government has introduced “Education Cards” to allow talented students to study in the best national institutions of higher education.
