Karachi: The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Anti-Human Trafficking Unit took human rights activist Sarim Burney into custody on Wednesday.

Sources revealed that Burney was sought by the agency for his alleged complicity in heinous offenses, including the trafficking and exploitation of humans.
