Five suspects reportedly raped pregnant woman in Jhelum

A pregnant woman was reportedly raped by five suspects in Jhelum who stormed into the house and tied up her husband.

The suspects assaulted his husband and tied him up with a rope in Arsal Town.

The pregnant mother reached the hospital after the suspects had committed the crime.

When the hospital’s staff learned about the incident, they instantly informed the police.

Police officials stated that the pregnant woman’s medical exam was completed and that the report was not yet ready.

The police have registered a case against the suspects and the search for them is underway by special teams set up on the orders of the District Police Officer (DPO).
