Islamabad Urges UN Agreement-Based Resolution for Palestine Issue
Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar emphasizes resolving the Palestine issue in accordance with United Nations agreements during a federal cabinet meeting on Monday.
He also called for an immediate halt to the ongoing airstrikes on Palestinian territories, including Gaza.
An emergency federal cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar.

Addressing a press conference after the meeting, Information and Broadcasting Minister Murtaza Solangi stated that discussions were held on the issue of Palestine and the cabinet demanded that the Palestine issue be resolved according to the United Nations agreements.
The cabinet demanded the restoration of the status quo before 1967 for Palestine. It strongly condemned the intensified bombings by Israel, particularly targeting civilian populations in Gaza.
