UK says Moscow plans for new referendums
The British Defense Intelligence Service claims that Russia is considering holding referendums in the newly occupied areas of Ukraine.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for recognition of Russia as a state sponsor of “terrorism”.
