Significant drop observed in LPG prices across Pakistan
The cost of LPG has been slashed by Rs70 per kg, bringing the new prices down from Rs250 to Rs180.
Irfan Khokhar, Chairman of the LPG Distributors Association, verified the information, stating that the price of LPG per kg had been lowered from Rs250 to Rs180.
Irfan Khokhar said OGDCL reduced production costs as soon as three LPG ships reached Karachi port.
“Another ship of LPG will reach Pakistan in two or three days,” Irfan Khokhar said.

“LPG price will come down further as the new ship arrives,” he added.
Ogra spokesperson said the new LPG price notification will be released on June 1. “If someone sells at a lower price than the Ogra price, then it is his own will,” said Ogra spokesman said.
Ogra spokesperson said no distributor can sell LPG at higher rates.
