Tributes paid to former WWE wrestler Sara Lee

Sarah Lee, former WE wrestler, died at the age of 30 on Friday, her mother announced the news.

In a social media post, Lee’s mother said, “It was with a heavy heart that we wanted to share that our Sarah Weston went to be with Jesus. We are all in shock and the arrangements are incomplete. We respectfully request that you allow our family to grieve.”

The young champion was the winner of the WWE Tough Enough reality contest in 2015.

Condolences poured in from all over the world as people expressed not only their sorrow but also their shock at the death of the star.

WWE paid homage to Lee on Twitter while sharing the news that she was an “inspiration to many in the world of sport-entertainment”.

“WWE offers its heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and fans,” the franchise wrote.

Expressing love for Lee, WWE wrestler Nikki ASH said that Lee was a “warm and disinterested” person. “I love you, Sara,” she wrote, adding that Lee always made her “giggle”.

She shared special photographs of the two friends in the station.

Wrestler Chelsea Green also expressed his feelings for the champion Tough Enough, saying that “no amount of words can bring back” Lee which she said was a “handsome man”.

“Sara Lee will be greatly missed,” she said, expressing her condolences to this woman’s family.

Among others in the family, Lee left behind her husband Westin Blake, and three children, CNN reported.

Social media users expressed sadness in the comments section, with many wanting the wrestler to rest in peace.
