US President Joe Biden has arrived in Tel Aviv, Israel for a significant diplomatic visit.
According to international news agencies, President Biden held talks with the Israeli Prime Minister, addressing various crucial issues.
During discussions with the Israeli Prime Minister, Biden raised concerns regarding the recent explosion at a hospital in Gaza, which appears to have been caused by actions on the other side.
He clarified that the United States was not responsible but stressed the need to thoroughly investigate the incident due to the suspicions it has raised.
President Biden expressed heartfelt sorrow over the casualties at the Gaza hospital and commended the resilience and bravery displayed by the Israeli people, which he found truly remarkable.
According to international news agencies, President Biden also stated that Hamas had targeted over 1,300 individuals, including 31 Americans, in its attacks, drawing comparisons to the brutality exhibited by ISIS.
He emphasized that the United States would ensure that Israel’s defense needs were fully met.
In response, the Israeli Prime Minister extended gratitude for unwavering American support and pointed out that Hamas had targeted 1,400 Israelis, including civilians, since October 7th.
He strongly urged the civilized world to unite in defeating Hamas.
